For orders within the continental US, we suggest allowing at least 4-6 months prior to your event to order your stationery, or at least 3 weeks prior to mailing your stationery. International orders, please allow for a minimum of 5 weeks prior to mailing your stationery.  If you decide to cancel your order at any point prior to final proof approval, we will refund 50% of your payment. If you decide to cancel your order after a proof has been approved for printing, we will not be able to refund any portion of your payment. Changes to approved orders must be made within 24 hours or less of approval.  Changes to orders will not result in a refund of that order, but we will assist on any reorders. Milkmaid Press will not be responsible for any variations in inking, color, impression or position, although we do our best to get the most beautiful and accurate prints. Milkmaid Press will have no responsibility for any damages or lateness incurred through shipping that are beyond our control.   After final proof approval, we wait 24-48 hours for any last minute changes. Changes made to final proofs may incur a fee.  Rush jobs can be accommodated for 50% of the estimate or invoice total.  We do not invoice without first getting approval off of our estimates. We do not print without first getting approval of a proof. Up to 5 proof rounds are included in all orders. Proofs exceeding 5 proof revisions will result in a charge of $50/proof. Hard copy proofs are not included, but are available for an added $200.  Special offers are not extended past expiration date. Special rates, discounts or offers are only applicable from the date the order is placed and payment is made, not on contact, emails or estimate dates.
